International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) offers study abroad programs specializing in business, tourism, event management, retail services management, property servicesmanagement, hospitality management, and sport management.
ICMS is located in a beautiful heritage listed sand stone building overlooking Manly beach. It would be hard to find a college in a more spectacular position. To the north, there are views of the Pacific Ocean and to the South the College has sweeping views of Sydney Harbor. The campus is a five-minute walk to Manly Beach and shopping precinct with its cafes, restaurants and boutique stores. ICMS is also close enough to downtown Sydney – 15 minutes by fast ferry – for visits to art galleries, museums, the best city shops and even the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
ICMS is highly regarded by industry professionals and has won many awards in the last decade. Most recently, ICMS was winner of the 2007 New South Wales Tourism Awards for Excellence in Education and the 2009 Premier's Export Award for Education.
A cornerstone of the ICMS approach to education is that learning is enhanced when theory is combined with practical experience. Each course is built around real business experiences and developed in conjunction with top professionals to ensure its relevance and value.
At ICMS, we don't expect you to spend your entire life with your head buried in a book! The College's rich social and sporting life is there to be enjoyed. Activities include: basketball, volleyball, tennis, swimming, soccer, and yoga. Students are also given a student experience card that gives them free access to the Manly gym, fitness classes at certain times and discounts on many student activities that the college hosts including weekends away.

GlobaLinks Learning Abroad programs are created with individual student's goals in mind. Our programs are built around a unique Discovery Model which is delivered by our amazing staff, both in the U.S. and overseas. Our Discovery Model provides every student with an individualized experience through discovery in 5 key areas: personal, academic, cultural, social, and professional. Our North American staff counsels each student through the application and enrollment process, and our on-site Resident Coordinators set up a calendar of activities for students related to each area of discovery. These activities are more than just tourist excursions, and include opportunities like networking events, local festivals, gallery openings, and other similar events that you can't find in a travel book.
GlobaLinks Learning Abroad programs in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji include everything you would expect in a study abroad program: guaranteed housing, 24-hour in-country support, an in-country multi-day orientation program, comprehensive pre-departure services, excursions, and discovery activities to make the most out of each student's experience. Students of all majors are welcome to apply and scholarships are available.
