Before students can study abroad, they must have a Credit Pre-Approval form signed by the appropriate departmental representative who is authorized to approve credit.  Students must seek approval from each department for which he/she would like credit.  For example, only the History department can approve history classes.  Students should then meet with their academic advisors to determine how the pre-approved credit meets the student's degree requirements.  Depending on the College, students may need to have their College advisor sign the form as well.  Any student within 30 hours of graduation, unless attending a faculty-led program or one of the TTU Centers, must have the Credit Pre-Approval form signed by the Associate Dean of his/her College.
